One of Lori's top students, Jessica and Cheyenne have won local gymkhana buckles, CGA Triple AAA buckles and qualified for the NBHA World Youth show their rookie year. Cheyenne was 19 years old when she qualified for the NBHA World Youth. Her owner has the dinner plate belt buckle to prove it.
Jessica has moved on to a new horse Jae Bar Oak, who she now is teaching him the art of barrel racing. Cheyenne at the age of 22 is semi-retired at the Rockin' L & D Ranch, her and Jae are housed in side by side stalls.  The pretty buckskin mare now works as a lesson horse for both young kids and baby boomer students, while still competing in local and fun shows and trail riding to the delight of her growing fans.

Lori on her Morab, Coco, has won belt buckles since the year she started racing her in gymkhana eight years ago. Coco was semi-retired two years ago so she could breed to G Man Two, a paint stallion standing at stud in Ramona California.. She gave birth to Nitro on January 28, 2002. Coco is currently working as a trail and lesson horse.

Drew on Shurroco, a buttermilk buckskin Quarter pony, has won countless  awards from most improved to the top three at the big CGA Spring Classic show. Also several gymkhana belt buckles. Every student that has ridden Shurroco in either gymkhana, fun day shows or rail has placed in the top three of the class. This 18 year old Quarter pony is the alpha of the herd and likes to work. He is Rockin' L & D Ranch's most versatile lesson horse as he does it all from english, western, gymkhana, trail, cows, and can jump four feet.
